TRIMITRA Competence Development Center

TRIMITRA has just established a competence development center for online courses to support small to big companies in developing their most valuable assets, namely human resources. The competence development material is prepared by qualified trainers and is designed to be implemented in day-to-day activity where theory will be combined with plenty of practical examples.  The training topics will consist of professional development training, and individual or personal development training. Since TRIMITRA is a consultancy company, each training session will be presented by an experienced consultant or business practitioner. We can prepare the training material based on the company’s goals.

The methodology that we are using is shown below as a building block, It rises from a foundation of human development that develops human competence. The following step is the business and strategy development, which is defined in three different pillars: business competence, strategy competence and leadership competence. The final stage is development of the professional competence of each individual to successfully reach the high expectations of the company’s business.
