Eric has worked as a high school teacher, manager, principal, program and project manager. As a project manager, management consultant and educator, he has 20 years of experience. Eric has experience from both the private and public sector. Eric is an entrepreneur with a highly developed ability to create good relationships with both customers and teams. He has experience from defining, establishing and leading programs and projects successfully.

Felinda Hertadi is a business practitioner and is the co-founder of PT. Tri Mitra Solusi Indonesia. She has 18 years experience as a Consultant in business transformation for PT. Telkomsel and PT. Indosat and a project manager for change management implementation at PT. Telkomsel and PT. Indosat. She has a proven track record as a Project Director of a multinational company involved in telecommunications, digital and multimedia business and she has completed more than 50 complex projects in the fields of telecommunication core networks, Network Management Systems and Business Support Systems. She is accustomed to lead steering groups with successful project delivery outcomes.

She has completed a project in digital business to support the customer in gaining their revenue. She has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. She has a Master of Engineering Degree.

He held various senior management and commercial roles. His experience includes digital business transformation, having helped various companies establishing their digital business strategies, in addition to his core expertise in security and product management. He holds degree in Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore and Electronics Engineering from Satya Wacana University.
